Job summary

Government client (agency undisclosed) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a significant transformation program. You will manage complex ICT delivery projects at the EL1 level, coordinating business teams, technical specialists and delivery partners to deliver outcomes.

You will report to an EL2 and drive planning, governance, risk management and commercial delivery across multiple streams, ensuring delivery from design through to operations with a strong emphasis on stakeholder

Qualifications

Five to eight years’ experience establishing and managing technical ICT delivery projects.
Experience delivering major COTS or enterprise platform implementations with integration, data migration, testing and production transition.
Experience with governance frameworks and cross-workstream dependency management.

Responsibilities

Develop integrated project plans with milestones and critical paths.
Manage delivery across business, technology and vendor workstreams to meet outcomes within time and budget.
Oversee budgets, procurement and contract management activities.
Coordinate governance forums and produce action-oriented reporting for decisions.
Ensure smooth transition into production and operational readiness.
