HOBAN Recruitment is partnering with a large Federal Government agency to recruit an experienced EL1 Project Manager to lead complex ICT and transformation initiatives in Australia. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, risks, and vendor management while coordinating diverse stakeholders across business and technology teams.

The role emphasizes executive communication, business case development, and readiness activities, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex ICT or enterprise system implementation projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling and delivery management capability.
• Experience in Federal or State Government environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop, manage and implement project plans, schedules and delivery frameworks.
• Coordinate governance activities, reporting and executive briefings.
• Monitor milestones, budgets and deliverables to ensure success.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and benefits, escalating as needed.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across business, technology and vendors.
• Manage procurement, contracts and vendor delivery commitments.
• Prepare business cases, governance papers and executive documents.
• Support readiness, implementation and transition for complex projects.
