HOBAN Recruitment partners with a large Federal Government agency to recruit an experienced EL1 Project Manager to lead complex ICT and business transformation initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement across business, technology and vendor groups.

The role requires managing budgets, timelines and benefits realization in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience delivering complex ICT or enterprise system implementation projects.
• Strong project planning, scheduling and delivery management capability.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong governance, reporting and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with vendors, contracts and commercial delivery arrangements.
• Knowledge of contemporary project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Previous experience delivering projects within Federal or State Government environments.

• Develop, manage and implement project plans, schedules and delivery frameworks.
• Coordinate project governance activities, reporting and executive briefings.
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, budgets and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues and benefits, escalating where appropriate.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities across business, technology and vendor groups.
• Manage procurement, contract administration and vendor delivery commitments.
• Prepare high-quality business cases, reports, governance papers and executive documentation.
