Airwallex is seeking a senior network engineer to own and evolve our global corporate network across regions. You’ll design, deploy and operate secure LAN/WAN, VPN and wireless infrastructure, collaborating with security, engineering and IT teams to enable rapid, reliable connectivity.

You’ll work from our Australia office three days a week, engage in time-zone‑driven follow-the-sun support, and mentor peers while continuously improving networking platforms and automation.

Formación

• Senior-level experience designing, implementing and maintaining Juniper and Palo Alto Networks solutions.
• Experience in a global, multi-vendor networking environment including Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco and Aruba.
• Experience with networking solutions for international connectivity.
• Strong fundamentals in Wi‑Fi tech and endpoint engineering; hardware experience a plus (Juniper Mist, Cisco Meraki or Aruba).
• Expert CLI configuration across JunOS and IOS.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to operate across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy and maintain secure, highly available LAN/WAN infrastructure across global offices.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers and wireless APs.
• Own CorpNet and act as first responder for complex network incidents.
• Collaborate with CorpSec, ProdSec, Engineering and IT teams to integrate network solutions.
• Develop network documentation and runbooks; mentor junior engineers.
• Lead multi-region hybrid networking patterns including cloud connectivity.
