Job summary

BABYBOO is looking for a Senior Trade & Merchandising Manager to lead our digital trading strategy and optimize the customer shopping experience across all markets. You will own the ecommerce trading calendar, onsite merchandising strategy and revenue initiatives, ensuring the right products reach the right customers at the right time.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce trading and merchandising leadership within fashion or high-growth ecommerce.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through trading strategy and onsite merchandising.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute BABYBOO's global ecommerce trading strategy to maximise revenue, conversion and profitability across all markets.
• Develop and manage the ecommerce trading calendar, aligning product launches and promotional activity with commercial objectives.
• Lead the onsite merchandising strategy, optimising navigation, product discovery, search, collections and customer journeys.
• Analyse trading performance, customer behaviour and product trends to identify growth opportunities and drive data-led decisions.
• Partner with Planning and Product teams to optimise inventory productivity and support forecasting.
• Lead the execution of promotional campaigns and key trading events across digital channels.
• Build reporting frameworks and champion a test-and-learn approach to continually improve ecommerce performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Trade & Merchandising team across functions.
