JD Sports Head Office is seeking a Senior Digital Trade Manager to lead trading activities for our digital business across ANZ. You will partner with paid media and trading teams to forecast channel traffic, spend and conversions to hit revenue targets while driving efficiency.

You will manage the digital trading calendar, coordinate with internal teams, and guide social, CRM and content to ensure cohesive messaging across paid and organic channels, strengthening overall performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Ecommerce experience, preferably in retail.
• Hands-on platform experience with major ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Bloomreach, Magento).
• Experience managing sales budgets and forecasting processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work within planning frameworks.
• Experience in commercial trading functions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership and ability to train and upskill team members.

Responsabilités

• Deliver all channel plan phasing and forecast required channel traffic, spend and conversion to meet sales targets while maintaining efficiency.
• Manage the digital trading calendar and communications to trading teams and stakeholders.
• Track and analyse product performance and take actions to maximise performing lines and support underperforming ones.
• Guide social, CRM, and content streams to plan marketing messaging across paid and organic channels.
• Maintain relationships with paid/earned media, brand marketing, and external partners to ensure alignment on activities.
