The role combines civil/geotechnical design with site supervision and project management, under guidance from senior engineers. Australian experience or overseas experience is acceptable, with strong emphasis on QA/QC and client collaboration. The team values hands-on training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering.
• RPEQ certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in designing retaining piles and certifications is valued.

Responsibilities

• Tender estimation and preliminary design.
• Construction inspection and quality management.
• Site visits, inspections and supervision of piling work.
• Provide supervision to junior engineers.
• Sound commercial understanding of project scope and risk.
• Develop innovative design solutions to complex problems.
• Prepare project drawings and schedules using AutoCAD 2D and MS Office.
• Assist QA/QC activities including site inspections and data collection.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Clients and Suppliers.
