Job summary
ENGEO Australia is growing and seeking a senior engineer or geologist to drive multi-disciplinary projects in our Gold Coast or Brisbane offices, or a mix of both.
You will lead planning and delivery of site investigations, provide expert geotechnical advice, manage full lifecycle projects, oversee commercial performance and risk, and support business development.
We value Chartered status (PEngGeol/CPEng), strong client service, and a collaborative culture with supportive senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant consulting experience.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Experience leading multiple projects in parallel.
- Client consulting skills and commercial awareness.
- Expert knowledge of ground engineering principles.
- Chartered status – PEngGeol, CPEng, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Leading the planning and delivery of site investigations.
- Providing expert geotechnical advice on ground engineering assessments.
- Full lifecycle project management – from planning through to completion.
- Owning project commercial performance and managing risk.
- Managing client relationships and supporting business development.
- Driving proposal development and tender submissions.
