Qualifications

• 7+ years of geotechnical experience in industry or consulting.
• Civil Engineering degree in a relevant field.
• RPEQ/CPENG desired but not mandatory.
• Experience with resources projects and water infrastructure is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage medium to large projects and perform detailed design.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of geotechnical projects across life cycles locally and nationally.
• Ensure delivery aligns with schedule and budget for key clients.
• Conduct geotechnical analyses, modelling and detailed design work.
• Prepare deliverables including reports and project financials.
• Oversee site investigations, supervision and construction support inspections.
• Develop project proposals for innovative and sustainable outcomes.
• Support client management and business development activities.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and participate in meetings and training.
