Job summary
Based in our Sunshine Coast office, you will play a key role in delivering geotechnical and engineering geology projects from proposal through to completion. You will work closely with clients, mentor developing engineers and geologists, and contribute to the ongoing growth of our Queensland operations.
CGC is seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer or Senior Engineering Geologist to join our growing Sunshine Coast team, with exposure to transport, health, energy and community
Qualifications
- Experience on/s running ground investigations (small to medium).
- Understanding of local ground conditions, sampling methods and drilling techniques.
- Ability in lab scheduling, OH&S, proposal writing and project management.
- Experience with ground models and reporting (basic factual/interpretive).
- Ability to explain project involvement and software proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Deliver geotechnical and engineering geology projects from proposal to completion.
- Mentor developing engineers and geologists within the team.
- Collaborate with clients and contribute to Queensland operations growth.
- Manage investigations and geotechnical projects to deliver quality outcomes.
