Job summary

WSP is expanding its Geo-Environmental Engineering team and seeks a Senior to Senior Associate-level Geo-Environmental Engineer to join our Sydney office.

You will lead and deliver projects across waste, water, and mining sectors with a strong client-focus and multidisciplinary collaboration. The role offers hybrid working flexibility and opportunities to shape major infrastructure programs across Australia.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Proven track record in geo-environmental projects.
• Strong design and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects focused on waste management and geo-environmental engineering.
• Design landfills, leachate collection and treatment systems, geosynthetics, capping, and resource recovery infrastructure.
• Develop solutions for geo-environmental challenges within civil infrastructure projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project delivery and client relationships.
• Oversee quality, risk management and multidisciplinary integration.
