WSP Global Inc. in Melbourne, Australia seeks a senior Technical Executive in Civil & Geo‑Environmental Engineering to provide technical leadership and drive client outcomes across water, dams, mining and waste infrastructure.

You’ll lead geo-environmental projects from concept to detailed design, influence major decisions, and mentor engineers while strengthening long‑term client partnerships and governance.

Qualifications

• Senior engineering leader with depth and breadth in geo-environmental engineering.
• Strong client relationship skills and trusted-advisor approach.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects from concept to detailed design.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership across dam design, inspections and dam safety reviews.
• Deliver water dam infrastructure projects.
• Lead complex embankment, tailings, ash dam and rehabilitation projects.
• Input to geotechnical studies (piping, seepage, foundations, stability).
• Design and oversight of floating covers, landfill cells and capping systems.
• Act as Design Manager / Design Authority for major multidisciplinary projects.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify future opportunities.
• Conduct peer reviews and contribute to technical governance.
• Mentor senior engineers and contribute to industry leadership.
