Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the business
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Lead manufacturing, production, engineering, sales and administration teams

• Ensure the achievement of financial targets, budgets, and profitability objectives
