Job summary

Stegbar is seeking a driven senior leader based in Pooraka, SA, to drive revenue growth and operational excellence across the South Australia business unit. You will have full P&L responsibility, lead seven direct reports and a broader team of around 45, and report to the Ventora Group's local leadership.

This role focuses on building products manufacturing excellence, customer relationships, and governance, with a competitive salary package, a company vehicle and development opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing/construction business unit.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and performance improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with building products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, business development and growth initiatives.
• Own the business unit P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive operational performance, productivity and DIFOT outcomes.
• Lead manufacturing, warehousing and customer service functions.
• Build and develop high-performing teams and leaders.
• Strengthen customer relationships and market presence.
• Ensure safety, compliance and business governance standards.
