Job summary

Stegbar, part of the VENTORA Group, seeks a senior leader to take direct P&L responsibility for Stegbar Windows South Australia, based in Pooraka. You will lead a team of 7 direct reports and 45 employees, driving revenue growth, operational excellence and profitability across the business.

You will shape strategy, oversee manufacturing, warehousing and customer service, strengthen customer relationships and ensure safety and governance standards, while delivering results in a dynamic

Qualifications

• P&L management experience.
• Building products, manufacturing or construction industry experience.
• Strong commercial and operational leadership capability.
• Proven success growing revenue and improving performance.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, business development and growth initiatives.
• Own the business unit P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
