Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a highly skilled AI + Cloud Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions in Sydney. The role focuses on cloud-native architectures, multi-agent orchestration, and secure, compliant deployments.

You will combine strong programming with hands-on experience across AI frameworks and cloud platforms, ensuring observability, governance, and ethical AI practices within regulated banking environments.

Qualifications

• Total 8-10 years of overall experience, incl. 3+ years in DevOps, Cloud/Infrastructure.
• Proven ability to deliver Gen AI solutions in enterprise production.
• Strong Python programming and full-stack development experience.
• Hands-on with AWS Cloud, EKS/ECS, Bedrock, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, SageMaker.
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI solutions with CI/CD pipelines.
• Banking sector delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deliver Generative AI solutions at enterprise scale.
• Implement agent-based architectures and orchestrate multi-agent systems for complex workflows.
• Ensure security, observability, and reliability across all deployments.
• Build and maintain full-stack applications with robust testing.
• Leverage DevOps practices and CI/CD for scalable AI deployments.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and stakeholders to align AI initiatives with goals.
• Contribute to AI governance and ethical frameworks.
