Job summary

Luxoft invites a seasoned AI + Cloud Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions for the banking sector in Australia. The role requires cloud-native architectures, multi-agent orchestration, and secure production deployments.

You will work with Python and full-stack capabilities, leveraging AWS tech such as EKS, ECS, Bedrock, SageMaker, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and LangGraph.

Qualifications

• Total 8-10 years of experience with 3+ years in DevOps, Cloud/SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proven ability to deliver Gen AI solutions in enterprise production.
• Strong Python programming and full-stack development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud technologies: EKS/ECS, Bedrock, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, SageMaker.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deliver Generative AI solutions for enterprise-scale production.
• Implement agent-based architectures and orchestrate multi-agent systems for complex workflows.
• Ensure security, observability, and reliability of deployed AI solutions.
• Build and maintain full-stack applications with robust automated unit and regression testing.
• Leverage enterprise-grade DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for scalable AI deployments.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
• Contribute to AI governance, compliance, and ethical frameworks, including security guardrails.
• Deliver AI-driven solutions tailored to the banking domain, with applications in fraud detection, customer personalization, and conversational AI.
• Experience in regulated industries with strict compliance requirements.
