Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a highly skilled AI + Cloud Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions in Sydney. You will architect multi-agent systems, ensure security and observability, and drive CI/CD for scalable deployments.

The role requires deep cloud-native expertise, strong Python and full-stack capabilities, and hands-on experience with AWS, Bedrock, and AI frameworks. Banking domain experience and regulatory alignment are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Total 8-10 years of experience. 3+ years in DevOps, Cloud Eng., SRE, or Infra Eng.
• Proven ability to deliver Gen AI solutions in enterprise production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with full-stack development.
• Hands-on with AWS Cloud- EKS / ECS- Bedrock- Semantic Kernel- LangChain- LangGraph- HuggingFace- SageMaker.
• Deep understanding of foundational AI models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Experience deploying AI solutions using enterprise-grade DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Background delivering solutions within the banking sector.
• Exposure to fraud detection, customer personalization, and conversational AI.
• Experience in highly regulated industries with strict compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deliver Generative AI solutions in enterprise-scale production environments.
• Implement agent-based architectures and orchestrate multi-agent systems for complex workflows.
• Ensure application security, observability, and reliability across all deployed solutions.
• Build and maintain full-stack applications with robust automated unit and regression testing.
• Leverage enterprise-grade DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for scalable AI deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, compliance, and business stakeholders, to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
• Contribute to AI governance, compliance, and ethical frameworks, including security guardrails.
• Deliver AI-driven solutions tailored to the banking domain, with fraud detection, personalization, and conversational AI.
