Job summary

EverAbility Group is seeking an experienced fundraising leader to drive the development and delivery of a WA and TAS fundraising strategy. You will grow philanthropic income, strengthen donor relationships, and lead high-performing teams to build an innovative, sustainable fundraising function.

The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will manage regular giving, planned giving, community engagement and donor stewardship while ensuring ethical, data-driven practice and strong

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in fundraising, marketing, communications, business, public relations or a related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in fundraising, philanthropy or a related field.
• Proven success developing strategies that deliver revenue growth and outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage donor, stakeholder and partner relationships.
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets, performance and reporting.
• Ability to use technology, data and innovation to strengthen fundraising outcomes.
• Knowledge of fundraising governance, compliance and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of EverAbility’s fundraising strategy across Western Australia and Tasmania, aligned with targets.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth through fundraising, philanthropy, donor acquisition and retention.
• Provide strategic leadership to the fundraising function and foster a high-performing culture.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, philanthropic bodies, partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of fundraising campaigns and donor experiences.
• Manage budgets, operations and resources with strong financial stewardship.
• Monitor fundraising performance and provide reporting and insights to the Executive Team and Board.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory and ethical fundraising standards.
• Leverage data, technology and market insights to improve donor engagement and effectiveness.
• Promote safety, collaboration and continuous improvement across the organisation.
