Job summary

EverAbility Group, operating across Western Australia and Tasmania, seeks an experienced fundraising leader to develop and deliver a sustainable fundraising strategy. You will drive revenue growth across regular giving, major gifts, bequests, donor stewardship and partnerships.

You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with the Executive Team and Board, ensure ethical fundraising and deliver innovative campaigns aligned with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in fundraising, marketing, communications, business, public relations or a related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in fundraising, philanthropy or a related field.
• Proven success developing and implementing strategies that deliver revenue growth and organisational outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing strong donor, stakeholder and partner relationships.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and managing budgets, performance and reporting.
• The ability to use technology, data and innovation to strengthen fundraising outcomes.
• Knowledge of fundraising governance, compliance and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of EverAbility’s fundraising strategy across Western Australia and Tasmania, aligned with strategy and income targets.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth through fundraising, philanthropy, donor acquisition and donor retention strategies.
• Provide strategic leadership to the fundraising function and foster a high-performing, accountable and collaborative team culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, philanthropic bodies, partners and key stakeholders.
• Oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of fundraising campaigns and donor experiences.
• Manage fundraising budgets, operations and resources, ensuring effective financial stewardship.
• Monitor fundraising performance and provide meaningful reporting and insights to the Executive Team and Board.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, governance and ethical fundraising requirements.
• Use technology, data and contemporary fundraising practices to improve donor engagement and organisational effectiveness.
• Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, continuous improvement and organisational excellence.
