We are seeking an experienced and strategic fundraising leader to drive the development and delivery of EverAbility’s fundraising strategy across Western Australia and Tasmania.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who can grow philanthropic income, strengthen donor and stakeholder relationships, lead high-performing teams and build an innovative, sustainable fundraising function that supports EverAbility’s long-term impact.
In this role, you will lead EverAbility’s fundraising strategy across Western Australia and Tasmania, driving sustainable revenue growth and strengthening relationships with donors, philanthropic organisations and key stakeholders.
You will provide strategic leadership across regular giving, planned giving, community engagement, donor stewardship, database management and prospect research. Working closely with the Executive Team, Board and internal stakeholders, you will ensure fundraising activity is innovative, ethical, evidence-based and aligned with EverAbility’s strategic priorities. You are an accomplished fundraising or philanthropy leader with the strategic capability, commercial acumen and relationship-management skills to grow a sustainable fundraising portfolio. You will bring:
Experience in the not-for-profit, disability, health or community services sector will be highly regarded. Experience across major gifts, trusts and foundations, bequests, corporate partnerships, fundraising databases or CRM systems will also be advantageous. Membership of Fundraising Institute Australia or a similar professional body is desirable.
