Job summary

The role emphasizes senior accountability, independent operation, and driving continuous improvement. You will manage daily fund accounting, pricing, and client deliverables under SLAs, leveraging experience with HiPortfolio/Investone and strong Excel and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund operations, unit trust pricing, or fund accounting with demonstrated seniority and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and instruments (domestic and international).
• Experience with asset management and custody systems such as HiPortfolio or Investone.

Responsibilities

• Take senior ownership of client relationships, including query resolution and service reviews.
• Maintain documentation standards and client-specific checklists.
• Lead process improvements and system development to drive efficiency.
• Liaise with relationship managers and upstream/downstream teams to resolve issues.
• Oversee risk and control framework and escalate issues as needed.
