Qualifications

• 3+ years of closed-end fund accounting experience.
• Accounting or finance degree required.
• Experience interpreting Limited Partnership Agreements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring junior accountants.

Responsibilities

• Support CFO services and client management for funds.
• Handle capital calls and distributions.
• Provide audit/tax support and financial reporting.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financials and LP communications.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to improve software tools.
