Job summary

Jemena is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to partner within the Customer & Energy Solutions product line, ensuring SAP C4C/CDC platforms run reliably and deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will contribute to a multiyear CX uplift program, build a 360-degree customer view, and collaborate across teams to deploy SAP C4C-powered solutions that enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or a related field, utilities experience valued.
• Ensure solutions align with architecture principles and standards.
• Experience contributing to CRM project delivery and BAU support environments.
• Proficient in SAP C4C configuration, tools, and Cloud Applications Studio (OData, ABSL, UI).
• Strong knowledge of integrations across S/4HANA/ECC, CDC, and third-party platforms.

A little about you

• Experience with SAP Service & Sales Cloud (C4C) across design to deployment
• Strong grasp of customer service and sales processes with a solution-focused mindset
• Collaborates with teams and stakeholders to deliver SAP C4C-powered solutions
• Builds strong relationships and leads fit-gap analysis with clarity
• Troubleshoots integrations, manages users, and delivers technical solutions
• Experience (or interest) in SAP CDC support and configuration

Qualifications / certifications & Skills
