Job summary

Reapit, a leading property tech provider, is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to drive quality across our estate software. You’ll shape test strategy, mentor engineers, and champion quality practices throughout the development lifecycle, leveraging automation and AI-assisted testing to keep delivery fast and reliable.

You’ll work with Playwright, Selenium, and CI/CD tools, while collaborating with DevOps and product teams to ensure secure, scalable software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in automated testing.
• Proven experience leading quality initiatives and driving quality improvements at a project or organisational level.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing tools and evaluating their impact on coverage and velocity.
• Experience with Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket) and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts on larger, complex features and ensure thorough automated testing coverage.
• Mentor junior and intermediate QA engineers on technical skills and strategy.
• Participate in technical interviews to assess QA talent.
• Contribute to squad- and org-level QA process improvements and tooling decisions.
