Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering with a backend focus.
• Experience with Node.js, Microservices, Docker, Cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and CI/CD tools (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in Subscriptions technology (WebSockets, Pub/Sub), TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch.
• Strong understanding of code architecture and design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies to grow as a full‑stack engineer.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in hands-on coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and scalability.
• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Lead technical discussions and propose solutions to drive team performance and OKRs.
• Innovate within the team by driving improvements and team efficiency.
• Analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions aligned with team goals.
• Lead and independently complete medium-sized projects from start to finish.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to technical discussions.
