Amber Electric is seeking a senior software engineer to join its Product Team in Melbourne. You will own significant portions of the stack, contribute across frontend and backend, and help scale a real-time energy platform that optimises thousands of batteries and devices in homes.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial software experience, strong communication, and a bias for shipping high-quality code. Flexible hours, remote-friendly, with options for in-office collaboration in Melbourne.
Formación
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial software development in Web or Mobile environments.
- Experience mentoring or leading software engineers.
- Commercial experience with our tech stack is a strong plus; deep frontend and backend skills preferred.

- Make sustainable, high-quality contributions across the stack in your specialty.
- Collaborate across product and teams to ship the right things, at the right time.
- Mentor and support other engineers throughout the lifecycle—from idea to production.
