Job summary

Change Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking a senior full-stack developer to build customer-facing web applications for a financial services team. You’ll work with React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and AWS, shaping end-to-end delivery alongside Product and UX specialists.

You’ll guide less experienced developers, set engineering standards, and contribute to a cloud-based stack with CI/CD and DevOps practices in place. Prior financial services exposure is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Full-stack background with React and backend Java/Spring Boot.
• Hands-on AWS experience and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in financial services or banking is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, customer-facing web apps using React, TypeScript, and modern HTML/CSS.
• Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs supporting the frontend.
• Collaborate with Product, UX and business teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Lead technical initiatives, review code, and mentor developers to lift team standards.
