Job summary

TPH Global Technologies Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a driven Full Stack Developer to design, develop and maintain scalable web applications across the product suite, from legacy platforms to new serverless projects.

You will work with React.js, Node.js, NextJS, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and AWS, translate business requirements into features, conduct code reviews, mentor teammates and help shape architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or 5+ years of experience.
• At least 3 years designing, building and maintaining scalable web apps across organisations, including startups.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, NextJS, TypeScript and AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3).
• Experience with serverless architecture, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications across TP's product suite.
• Translate requirements into features across React.js, Node.js and NextJS stack.
• Test, debug and troubleshoot performance, reliability and functionality issues.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Keep build notes, API references and release documentation current.
• Stay across emerging development technologies and trends to improve TP's products.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, designers and developers on cross-functional projects.
• Provide architectural guidance to Head of Engineering on options and technologies.
• Mentor and support other developers within the technology team.
• All other duties related to Full Stack Developer role.
