Job summary

Reapit, headquartered in Australia, seeks a Senior Engineer to advance AI-enabled workflows across React/TypeScript front ends and Kotlin/Spring Boot back ends. You’ll contribute across the stack, with room to specialise in frontend or backend, and collaborate with product, QA and other departments.

The role supports flexible working arrangements, with opportunities across Sydney and Brisbane offices as options, and a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable software for real estate clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in software development with modern React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on Java and Spring Boot with REST APIs.
• Comfortable owning features end-to-end from frontend to backend.
• Experience with AI-enabled features is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, QA and other teams to define technical specifications.
• Lead requirement analysis and estimation efforts.
• Design scalable, secure frontend and backend solutions for AI-enabled workflows.
• Write production-quality React, TypeScript and Kotlin code and participate in reviews.
• Test and validate solutions to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Contribute to AI workflow features, including orchestration and observability.
