Job summary

Reapit, a leading end-to-end business technology provider for estate agencies, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support ANZ operations in Melbourne. You will implement automation, improve deployment pipelines, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enable reliable software delivery.

You’ll influence design of secure, scalable environments, drive continuous deployment, and mentor teammates while enhancing monitoring, incident response, and security practices.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in IT and/or relevant experience.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, AWS CDK or other IaC tools.
• Experience with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• Experience in Kubernetes clusters and serverless infra.
• Experience with data warehousing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement automation initiatives for software development and operations, improving communication between teams.
• Influence design for secure, scalable environments that meet operational and product needs.
• Lead continuous deployment efforts and drive automation across deployments.
• Resolve production incidents and build tools to prevent recurrence.
• Perform infrastructure as code tasks and monitor IT operations.
• Communicate deployment details to stakeholders and mentor teammates.
• Lead code reviews and support junior engineers.
