Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer or strong Backend Developer to help build and evolve a large-scale software platform used in open pit mining operations in Australia.

You will join a cross-functional product squad responsible for delivering new capabilities across a complex operational platform that supports fleet and equipment workflows in open pit mining. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, reliability, and collaboration with domain experts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with C# and .NET
• Experience in designing/building microservices and event-driven systems
• Solid SQL skills and SQL Server experience
• Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORMs
• Comfortable owning APIs, service design, and data models
• Worked with AWS

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services with C#/.NET in microservices/event-driven architecture
• Build modern React applications focused on clarity, performance, usability
• Own features end-to-end from design to production deployment
• Collaborate with domain experts to translate complex operational problems into reliable software
• Contribute to architectural decisions, standards and best practices
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance in a mission-critical system
