Job summary
Programmed is seeking an experienced senior engineering leader to drive Platform Engineering, DevOps and Release Management for a leading global mining organisation. This onsite role is based in Western Australia, offering strategic oversight of platform and release practices.
You will lead CI/CD initiatives, governance, tooling, and automation while guiding engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable environments with a focus on quality and productivity.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in complex engineering or mission-critical environments.
- Leadership in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Release Engineering or Configuration Management.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD, automation, change control and release governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and technical decision-making skills.
- Experience with engineering tooling and developer productivity practices.
