Job summary

RMS is seeking a Senior Developer to work in AI-enabled engineering teams, shaping architecture and integration patterns across the stack. You will design scalable systems using React on the frontend and C# + PostgreSQL on the backend, while helping build capability in AI toolchains and context management.

You will collaborate with designers and AI agents, implement robust testing strategies, and mentor junior developers to raise the team’s capability and quality at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining full-stack applications using React, C#, and SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Strong testing discipline with Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
• Familiarity with modern front-end state management (Flux/Redux) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI agents to generate, refine, and productionize code.
• Define specifications, constraints, and acceptance criteria for AI-assisted development.
• Design, build, and optimise scalable software across UI, API, and database layers.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering excellence.
