Formación

• Senior-level experience in full stack software development.
• Experience using AI coding agents in production workflows.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, APIs, databases, testing.
• Ability to review AI generated code for performance and security.
• Proven collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver production quality features across frontend and backend.
• Use AI coding agents to generate, test, and iterate on code.
• Provide architectural context and coding standards for AI outputs.
• Critically review AI outputs for correctness, performance, security.
• Mentor team members and uplift AI native development practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers.
