Job summary

MYOB is seeking a Senior Developer to join its engineering team, shaping onboarding experiences and dashboard capabilities used by thousands of SME customers. You will work across the stack in an agile environment and contribute to modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development and CI/CD.

You will collaborate with engineers, principals and architects to deliver scalable, secure software, while mentoring teammates and balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform goals.

Qualifications

• Strong programming fundamentals and a track record of delivering robust, well-designed software solutions.
• Experience in full-stack development including TypeScript, React, .NET, C#, and Azure.
• Understanding of modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD, automation, testing, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions delivering strong customer experiences.
• Contribute across the software development lifecycle from analysis to delivery and optimisation.
• Develop high-quality, secure, well-tested code using modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value while balancing priorities.
• Leverage CI/CD, automation, and AI engineering tools to improve development efficiency and quality.
• Mentor and support fellow engineers to grow technical capability within the team.
