Job summary

MYOB is seeking a visionary leader to own the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) strategy and product roadmap within the Reliability & Security function. You will drive adoption across engineering teams, shaping platform products built on SaaS foundations and cloud-native patterns.

You will partner with technology leaders to understand challenges, champion end-to-end developer experience, and align platform capabilities with business goals, including security, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and

Qualifications

Proven leadership in developing product roadmaps and strategy, driving prioritisation and decisions based on customer needs.
Clear and effective communication with technical audiences, identifying needs and validating solutions.
Good understanding of modern software, DevOps practices, cloud and platform technologies.
Curiosity about new technologies and AI, with interest in impact on developer workflows.
Ability to work across multiple products and teams, self-directed to focus areas.

Responsibilities

Define IDP strategy and product roadmap and drive its adoption across MYOB.
Engage with engineering leaders to understand challenges and champion end-to-end developer experience.
