Ucentric in Sydney is seeking a senior hands-on engineer to drive AI-enabled backend architecture and product development. You will work closely with the CTO to shape the platform, combining coding with high-level architectural decisions.

The role focuses on building scalable microservices, applying domain-driven design, and delivering production-grade AI capabilities while staying deeply involved with code.

Qualificações

• Senior backend or full-stack engineer with strong architecture capability
• Experience designing microservices and distributed systems
• Experience applying domain-driven design and service decomposition
• Recent hands-on work with Generative AI, agentic AI or LLM-enabled products

Responsabilidades

• Help design and re-architect a complex data-intensive product platform.
• Define system boundaries, services and architectural patterns.
• Apply systems thinking to break problems into scalable components.
• Design and build backend and full-stack product capabilities.
• Contribute to microservices and distributed systems architecture.
