Optus is seeking a Senior Manager, Frontline Technology & Process Transformation to lead initiatives across Retail, Technology and Transformation. You'll translate frontline challenges into practical solutions, establish governance and roadmaps, and deliver measurable business value for Australia's frontline teams.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Transformation & Delivery, you will coordinate discovery through implementation, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of frontline

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading transformation, product, or delivery initiatives.
• Ability to translate frontline challenges into practical solutions.
• Experience establishing governance and prioritisation across stakeholders.
• Experience across CRM, CMS and analytics platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead technology and process initiatives across Retail channels.
• Identify opportunities to simplify systems and improve customer and team experiences.
• Translate business needs into prioritised roadmaps and actionable requirements.
• Partner with Retail, Technology and Digital teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks to guide delivery decisions.
• Coordinate delivery from discovery through implementation with stakeholder alignment.
• Track benefits realisation and adoption to deliver sustainable value.
