You will manage discovery through implementation, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and PMO-aligned governance across diverse teams.

You will influence executive leadership decisions, drive cross-functional collaboration, and report on progress, risks, and outcomes to enable the organisation's transformation journey.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced project professional with a proven track record leading large-scale business transformation, business improvement or technology-enabled programs within complex organisations.
• You are a collaborative and inclusive leader who builds trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from delivery teams through to executive leaders.
• With strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking and a solutions-focused mindset, you are skilled at balancing strategic objectives with practical delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver projects from discovery through implementation, on time and within budget.
• Oversee project planning, governance, risk/issue management, change management and reporting to PMO standards.
• Prepare governance materials and executive-level communications detailing progress, risks and outcomes.
• Influence senior leadership decisions and align delivery with strategic objectives.
