Domain is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Melbourne to drive frontend architecture with React, TypeScript, and Next.js, while leveraging AWS services (ECS/Lambda/CloudWatch) and modern DevOps practices. Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related field.
• Deep expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Experience with modern architectural patterns (Micro frontends, SPA, SSR).
• Experience with GraphQL, including queries/mutations.
• Hands-on with AI coding assistants to improve productivity.
• Experience building high-scale, high-traffic web solutions.
• DevOps, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch).
• Familiarity with Docker; Agile working experience.
• Security practices per OWASP guidance; relevant certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of medium-sized projects from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Architect scalable, high-performance frontends and ensure code quality.
• Write, review, and co-write production-ready code and documentation.
