Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and leading development teams in enterprise environments.
• React.js.
• Next.js.
• TypeScript.
• Strong experience designing scalable frontend applications.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with .NET Core APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and containerized deployment.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small to medium-sized team of software developers.
• Drive technical design, architecture, development standards, and engineering best practices.
• Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Design and maintain NX Workspace / Monorepo architectures for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate frontend applications with .NET Core APIs and microservices.
• Ensure applications meet requirements for performance, security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Support cloud-native application deployments across Azure and Kubernetes environments.
• Work with AKS, Azure App Insights, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL/Database Services.
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
