Job summary

Achuman Capital, on behalf of a leading Perth-based law firm, seeks a Senior Lawyer to join their Front-End Construction team. The role focuses on front-end construction work, drafting and negotiating major agreements, and advising on project delivery.

You will work with government bodies, energy and resources players, mining businesses and developers; 4+ years PQE and excellent communication and client liaison skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PQE in construction
• Strong front-end construction background
• Experience liaising with clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Technically excellent

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction, development and O&M agreements across various structures and pricing models
• Advise on contractual arrangements and project delivery issues
• Manage and resolve claims related to projects
