Binance is seeking an experienced Fraud Risk Strategy professional to monitor, investigate, and mitigate platform risks across payments, accounts, and abuse vectors. You will translate data into actionable detection signals and work with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to embed robust controls.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in risk, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Python/SQL, with English communication at a high level.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in risk control, fraud risk, or risk strategy, preferably in fintech, financial services, crypto, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies and hands-on experience in at least one risk domain (phishing, scam, payment fraud, account takeover, or platform abuse).
• Solid investigative and data analysis skills; ability to move from raw data to actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze fraud risk across the platform, including payment fraud, account takeover, scams, and abuse typologies.
• Conduct investigations into suspicious transactions, accounts, and user behaviors using internal, on-chain, and external sources.
• Perform feature mining and data analysis on fraud cases and translate findings into detection signals and mitigation strategies with data science and engineering teams.
• Design and implement risk controls such as alerts, verifications, and friction at high-risk moments in the customer journey; refine procedures to improve efficiency.
• Track industry-wide fraud trends and proactively identify new attack vectors and prevention initiatives.
• Build metrics, dashboards, and case reviews to measure strategy effectiveness (detection, warnings, false positives, losses prevented).
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Support, Legal & Compliance, and external partners to embed risk controls into the customer journey.
