Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Crime Change, Systems and Data to drive meaningful change across AML/CTF, sanctions, and fraud initiatives. You’ll translate complex regulatory and operational needs into clear requirements and practical solutions.

You’ll work through discovery, design, testing, and implementation, interrogate data with SQL, and leverage Python, Power BI and Excel to support accurate, evidence-based decisions while engaging stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial crime and analytics.
• Ability to translate regulatory and operational needs into clear requirements.
• Proficiency with SQL to interrogate data and identify issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change across financial crime systems, data and analytics.
• Lead problem definition through to design, testing and implementation.
• Engage stakeholders across multiple teams and external partners.
• Develop requirements, test cases and acceptance criteria and ensure traceability.
