Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Crime Change, Systems and Data to drive meaningful improvements across AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud and related controls. You will translate complex regulatory needs into practical requirements and test cases, guiding delivery from discovery through to BAU.

You will interrogate data with SQL and explore automation opportunities using Python, working with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, auditable changes that improve risk outcomes and system

Qualifications

• Experience in financial crime, data analytics or remediation within a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate risk, regulatory and operational needs into clear requirements and tests.
• Proficient in SQL and data interrogation with evidence-based conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to change initiatives across financial crime systems, data and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Compliance, Risk, Operations and Technology to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
