Job summary

Auto & General (A&G) is seeking a Senior Fraud Analyst to protect our customers and strengthen fraud detection across our insurance portfolio. You will maintain and enhance detection models, lead threat assessments, and coach intelligence analysts while collaborating with internal teams and industry partners to reduce cost leakage and premiums.

You will apply OSINT, SQL queries in GCP/BigQuery, and PowerBI dashboards to deliver actionable insights and drive strategic decisions in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Specialised qualifications in Intelligence, Criminology, Policing, or Justice.
• Experience in intelligence analysis with data sets and dissemination.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous maintenance and enhancement of fraud detection models.
• Lead advanced detection efforts targeting sophisticated criminal syndicates.
• Deliver intelligence products and briefings for leadership and teams.
• Coach intelligence analysts and uplift fraud awareness across the company.
• Collaborate with external partners to share insights and strengthen defences.
