Job summary

Lanson Partners is seeking a Group Planning and Forecasting Manager to drive group-wide planning, forecasting and performance analytics. You will deliver insights that inform senior leadership decisions, including the CEO and Board, and develop scenario modelling to steer financial outlooks.

The role requires strong FP&A experience, excellence in Excel and modelling, and proficiency with BI tools like Power BI, Alteryx or Tableau.

Qualifications

Strong FP&A, planning, forecasting and reporting experience.
Experience in banking or financial services sector is preferred.
Ability to convert complex financial data into actionable insights.
Finance qualification such as CA/CPA or equivalent required.
Proficient in Excel and financial modelling techniques.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Power BI, Alteryx or Tableau is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead group-wide FP&A, forecasting and performance reporting processes.
Deliver analysis of revenue drivers, costs, capital efficiency and risk-adjusted returns.
Develop scenario modelling and forecasting to support the financial outlook.
Provide commercial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Support board, CEO and executive reporting and analysis.
Drive improvements to reporting, analytics and finance processes.
