Job summary

Cuscal is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, performance management and reporting. You will unify financial performance across Australia/New Zealand and drive the FP&A operating model and governance.

You will build high‑quality models and analytics, partner with finance and non-finance teams, and lead automation and continuous improvement of FP&A processes to support Cuscal's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

10+ years in Enterprise/Group central FP&A, commercial finance.
Experience delivering high-quality Board papers and executive reporting.
Strong financial modelling and consolidation capabilities.
Experience with reporting and planning systems such as Workday, TM1.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management.
Own central planning assumptions and Group forecast consolidation.
Coordinate inputs across multiple functions into a single Group forecast.
Drive FP&A operating model, governance, templates and cadence.
Lead monthly performance reporting to Board and management.
