Job summary

Infrastructure NSW is seeking an Associate Director, Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the FP&A function, drive budgeting, forecasting and reporting, and deliver strategic financial insights for senior leadership.

You will develop long-term financial models, partner with division leaders on budgets, and ensure robust cash flow forecasting to support funding decisions for major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Finance with CPA/CA or equivalent postgraduate credential.
• Strong commercial accounting experience in budgeting and forecasting for large projects.
• Proven track record in infrastructure construction, property development and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function, driving budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Develop long-term strategic financial models to evaluate options.
• Partner with division leaders to prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee timely financial reports and provide high-level analyses to executives.
• Provide cash flow forecasting and funding insights for effective financial management.
